Written to be read, not to be got past. If anything here is unclear, ask us and we will explain it.

An order is placed when you complete checkout and payment is confirmed. At that point we begin design work. Nothing is printed until you have seen and approved a proof.
We may decline or cancel an order if we cannot produce it to our standard — for example if a photograph cannot be made printable — and in that case we refund you in full.
We send you a proof once we have your photographs and wording. Changes to it are included. Printing begins only once you have approved a proof, and the print window runs from that approval, not from your order.
Please read your proof carefully. Once you approve it, the spelling of names, the dates and the wording are taken as correct. If an error we introduced survives into print, we reprint free of charge. If an error you approved survives into print, talk to us — we would rather put it right at cost than leave a family with a misspelled name.
Prices are shown in euro and include VAT where applicable. The price you see at checkout is the price you pay — design and changes to your proof are included. Gold foil and express delivery are optional extras and are priced separately and visibly before you pay.
Payment is taken in full at the point of order and processed securely by Stripe.
We deliver across Ireland. The delivery options, their prices and their working-day ranges are shown before you pay, and those are the terms that apply to your order. Tell us the date of the funeral and we will confirm with you whether we can meet it.
Delivery estimates are given in good faith but depend on the carrier. Where timing is critical — and with funeral work it usually is — please tell us the date of the funeral when you order, and we will tell you honestly what we can guarantee.
Because every item is personalised to your specification, the statutory 14-day cooling-off period for distance selling does not apply once production has begun (Regulation 13(3), S.I. 484/2013). In practice:
If the goods are faulty, damaged in transit, or not what you approved, we reprint or refund in full. That right is not affected by anything above, and neither are your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2022.
You keep ownership of the photographs and wording you send us. By sending them you confirm you have the right to use them, and you give us permission to use them for the purpose of producing your order.
Some hymn lyrics, poems and modern prayers remain in copyright. Where we spot one, we will flag it — but the responsibility for obtaining any licence needed rests with you.
Our own designs, layouts and artwork remain our property and may not be reproduced by others without permission.
Our liability for any order is limited to the value of that order. We do not exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.
These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland, and the Irish courts have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
